Fence Repairs
Leaning posts, broken palings and storm damage, fixed properly.
Not every fence needs replacing. A leaning post, a run of broken palings or a panel lifted in a storm can usually be repaired properly for a fraction of the cost of a new fence.
We look at the fence honestly and tell you what makes sense. If a repair will see it through for years, we repair it. If the posts have rotted out along the whole run, we will tell you that too, so you are not paying twice.
Send a few photos of the damage and we can usually give you an idea of the fix and the cost before anyone comes out.
Leaning fences
Posts reset or replaced and the fence brought back to plumb.
Broken palings and rails
Damaged timber replaced and matched as closely as possible.
Storm damage
Panels and posts restored after wind or fallen trees.
Section replacement
A damaged length rebuilt to tie in with the rest of the fence.
Questions
Fence Repairs FAQs
Can you quote a repair from photos?
In most cases, yes. A wide photo of the whole fence and a close up of the damage is usually enough to give you a price.
Is it worth repairing an old fence?
If the posts are sound, a repair is usually the best value. If several posts have rotted at the base, a new fence often works out better over time. We will tell you which applies to yours.
Do you help after storms?
Yes. Get in touch with photos and we will let you know how soon we can get to you.
Let's get your fence sorted.
Send a few photos and a rough length, and you will have a clear written quote, usually within a day.
